Hotel Jolanda has its roots in a long family tradition that began in the late 19th century, when brothers Giovanni and Vittore Toffol built the first accommodation facilities in the Dolomites.
It was from this vocation for hospitality that Hotel Jolanda was born in 1928, founded by Giovanni’s son, Giacomo Toffol, together with his wife – an exceptional cook – who transformed a simple vision into a landmark for Italian and European travellers.
The management then passed to their son Franco and his wife Natalina. Under their leadership, the hotel was completely renovated and expanded from 20 to 30 rooms. Natalina distinguished herself for her skill in managing the staff and her talent for maintaining a direct and friendly relationship with each guest.

From generation to generation, the hotel has been extended and renovated, without ever losing the warmth of the family welcome.
Today it is the fourth generation – with Germano, his wife Giovanna and their son Giovanni – who carry on this story with passion, taking care of every detail and enhancing what has always distinguished Hotel Jolanda: attentive service, quality cuisine and an authentic relationship with guests. Many return year after year, recommending the hotel to friends and family, confirming how the Toffols’ hospitality has become, over time, a true family tradition.
Giovanni, Germano’s son and chef of the house, carries on the tradition as the fifth generation.
